Its not just something you use as an option but as a courtesy to others while gaming. Nobody wants to hear your local news report blaring from your TV or you hacking and coughing over the microphone! I'm beyond sick and tired of what is nothing other then spam becoming a white noise in my headset while gaming. It is sad that I cant sit in mumble and not have to mute people I would otherwise enjoy talking to, but I cant!

Because people refuse to stop being a lazy $@$# and set your voice activation accordingly or learn to use push to talk so they dont inconvenience others! I spent good money on a G35 7.1 surround sound headset to hear my envorionment and to communitate effectively while gaming.

So stop being an incosiderate gamer and cut the MIC SPAM!!!!
