I purchased the 737NG this morning and after the usual download kerfuffles installed it to my FS2000 system on d:fs2000. I had one test session with the plane - and wow! Note that I did not use the registration process, just the 10-day trial.

I figured I'd wait while the registration process got itself sorted.Later this afternoon I found my d: disk was almost full, so I moved the complete FS2000 folder to h:fs2000 using an intelligent application moving program. All works on the new disk, except when I try to select the 737NG I get: Invalid machine code. Your PMDG license is invalid or has expired.I'm stuck.

I've tried everything I can think of, including re-installing: no joy. I can't register. I can't transfer registration. I can't use the plane.So, guys, your security procedures certainly work, but please, how do I get out of this one?Thanks - Pete Harrison. Pete-sorry about the inconvenience.

Here's the Catch-22:1) I can't start FS with the 737NG selected (Invalid Machine Code.) so I start it with default Cessna.2) I go to the PMDG menu and select the Produce Transfer Code command and it says: You must have loaded a PMDG aircraft to activate the Unregister/Transfer dislog.

What is the purpose of tightening the security in this manner? All is does is make it harder for both of us to get anything done. I'm all for keeping Pirate Pete out of the locker room but it's getting to be a bit much. There are other less-intrusive ways to get the job done. If everyone takes an approach like this our hardware is going to become unuseable for anything other than playing games. Speaking just for me, I'm about to stop buying any add-on and just going with the already excellent freeware offerings.
